Ingredients
- 1 cup Unsalted butter
- 4 cups Cane sugar
- 1/2 cup Dutch cocoa
- 1 cup Evaporated milk
- 1 cup Peanut butter
- 6 cups Rolled oats
Instructions
- Melt butter in large pot on low heat. Add sugar, cocoa, and evaporated milk. Stir until blended.
- Raise heat and bring contents to a boil for 1 minute. Add peanut butter and stir well.
- Turn off heat. Mix in oats, then quickly spoon contents into cookie sizes on baking sheets lined with parchment or waxed paper.
